What is Hatha Yoga?
Hatha Yoga is a discipline of ancient origins from northern India and Tibet based on a series of low-impact psychophysical exercises.

Through a set of postures (Asana), breathing techniques (Pramayama) and exercises on concentration (Dhorama), Hatha Yoga helps to find the psychophysical balance necessary to reach a state of general well-being.
